1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ppvop ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content available through the ppvop website at ppvop.org and any related subdomains or applications ("the Platform").
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or otherwise using any part of the ppvop Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — including via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any app interface.
ppvop reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ppvop.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to the ppvop Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ppvop operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to participate in gambling activities.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
- Single account: You may hold only one registered account on ppvop. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under a different name, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
- Personal use: You must be registering and using the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
- Not a ppvop employee or affiliate: Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of ppvop staff are not permitted to hold active playing accounts on the Platform.
ppvop reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, where appropriate, account closure.
By registering an account on ppvop, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You further acknowledge that any misrepresentation of your eligibility may result in the voiding of any winnings and the return of deposited funds in accordance with applicable law.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To access real-money games and betting markets on ppvop, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. All fields marked as required during registration must be completed accurately.
ppvop operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit supporting documents to verify your identity, address, and payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at the Platform's discretion following account review.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppvop account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ppvop strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password for your account and that you do not reuse passwords from other online services.
ppvop will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from ppvop and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
You must notify ppvop immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. ppvop will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Accuracy
You are obligated to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change — including your contact information, payment method, or residential address — you must update your account profile or notify ppvop support promptly. ppvop reserves the right to suspend an account where inaccurate or outdated information is detected and the player has not responded to requests for clarification within a reasonable period.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
4.1 Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the ppvop Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ppvop does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on ppvop is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ppvop at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are generally credited to your ppvop account within seconds for mobile financial service (MFS) transfers such as bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers.
All funds deposited on ppvop must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed, and the account may be subject to additional scrutiny. ppvop does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, loans, or funds that are not beneficially owned by the depositing player.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. ppvop will not process any withdrawal until the player's account has passed KYC review to ppvop's reasonable satisfaction. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take between one and five business days.
ppvop reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance exceeds the minimum.
Any active bonus balances attached to your account at the time of a withdrawal request must comply with their respective wagering requirements before a withdrawal of the associated real-money balance will be authorised. Details of applicable wagering requirements are set out in Section 5 and in the specific terms attached to each promotion.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
ppvop is committed to maintaining a safe and legitimate financial environment on its Platform. We apply anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with responsible industry practice. Any transaction that ppvop reasonably suspects to be related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be flagged, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation. ppvop reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to appropriate authorities where required.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ppvop offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to major events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are governed by the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by ppvop are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to a specific bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms and communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on ppvop is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Free bet winnings are subject to a 3x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
5.2 Bonus Validity Period
All bonuses issued on ppvop are subject to a validity period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue depending on the promotion. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the player's account without notice or compensation.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
ppvop takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically structured bets designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk; using automated software to exploit promotional mechanics; and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or affiliate structures. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, and ppvop reserves the right to close such accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
5.4 ppvop's Right to Amend Promotions
ppvop reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already received a bonus, any wagering requirement attached to that bonus remains applicable unless ppvop expressly states otherwise in writing.
6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct
All casino games available on ppvop are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
6.1 Sports Betting
Sports betting on ppvop covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other available markets. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Bets are void if an event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or if the relevant market is suspended before settlement. ppvop's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.
6.2 RNG and Fair Play
All non-live casino games on ppvop use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided and independently verified by the relevant game studios. ppvop does not interfere with, modify, or influence the RNG outcomes of any third-party game. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are determined by the game providers and are available within the respective game interfaces. ppvop makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any individual game session.
6.3 Bet Settlement Disputes
If you believe that a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with ppvop support within 72 hours of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. ppvop will review the relevant records and provide a written determination. Where a technical error or data feed malfunction has caused incorrect settlement, ppvop reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets at its reasonable discretion.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppvop Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:
- Multi-accounting: Operating more than one ppvop account under any name or set of contact details.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, verification, or any communication with ppvop.
- Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games.
- Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are considered void.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds connected to unlawful activities.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider for funds deposited to ppvop. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be suspended and the outstanding amount pursued through appropriate channels.
- Threats and harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or harassing communications at ppvop staff or other players through any channel.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your ppvop account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, ppvop will process any pending withdrawal of a verified real-money balance in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedure. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of closure request will be forfeited.
8.2 Closure by ppvop
ppvop reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; the player has failed to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe; the player's account shows signs of fraudulent or suspicious activity; or ppvop is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.
Where an account is closed by ppvop due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposit balances will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with ppvop's internal procedures and applicable law.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods available on ppvop range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and you will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place bets. 9. Limitation of Liability
ppvop provides its Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we do not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvop's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your ppvop account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ppvop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform — even if ppvop has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ppvop is not responsible for the content, fairness, or availability of third-party game software beyond the warranties made by the relevant certified providers. Any dispute regarding the outcome of a third-party game must first be directed to ppvop support, which will liaise with the relevant studio on your behalf where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ppvop's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
10.1 Amendments
ppvop reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the ppvop Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ppvop with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
